Homemade slider?

I have a glass bong....yes a bong. I'm lacking a slider and funds to buy one. Any ideas to make the male and female parts, with household things? I guess tin foil might work but I was hoping someone else had a better idea.

uh dude sliders are only like 5 bucks, you can afford 5 dollars

I dont know if this will be of any help but try taking a crayola marker..one of the fat ones not skinny. Take scissors and cut off the back and pull the ink and stuff out so the marker is hollow. Now if you take the cap and put it on the back it should fit right in.. and you can pull it out.. kinda like a slide 0.o

On one of my many homemade bongs ive used a socket thats pretty wide, wide enough to fit a hollowed out pen, cover it in foil, whatever you can think of for a bowl (a socket works for this too) and a rubber band to make it as air tight as possible i wish i had a camera to show you what i mean.. but if you understand then try it it works damn good
