GrowHeads....Please Help....Burn or Mites?
Hey W/H ,
I read somewhere max. photosynthesis happens at about 78 deg. so you really wern't that hot yet . If all trichs are still clear you might wanna wait on the flush ?
Last grow we tried something dif. and gave those 2 snl x nev. 2 weeks of just plain ph water at the end just to see if we could induce N def. etc... so plants would use up stored nutes , turn yellow and start droping leaves like a dirt plant does .
I don't know if this stalled flowering at all ? But it sure as hell made it alot easier to manicure them - as they were already 1/2 naked when chopped .
Dbl. thumbs up on the bigger cola pic. w/ the lighter in it .
Thats some crazy gooey lookin goodies Sis .:thumbsup:
Peace
Crispi

I agree that is a K def- the pattern isn't consistent with mites- you would have seen some on the leaf undersides- nice call on posting those pics too.
You will certainly need to flush since you are going to want to get the excess N out; perhaps foliar feed (avoiding th ebuds) with micro to keep the problem from getting any worse.
That bud shot is luscious!!!

Thank you oh knowledgable growheads for making my day and not mites... The pattern is definitely more clear on the leaves today but I'd have absolutely FLIPPED if I had mites and had not noticed it until now.
Stinky....what exactly would you reccomend I use to foliar feed....like the name of it? I'm so zero with that stuff. Thanks
PS....the pattern definitely is following two spots....where the light is the brightest AND where the fan is hitting the leaves often....both sections of low humidity. Weird huh?

Foliar with micro...
GH Micro is fine for that. Just hit the affected leaves, staying far away from the buds, or, since you are so close to harvest, sit back, relax, and fughetaboudit.

Thanks for the tip Stinky....I'm not going to do it on this one since it is so close, as you said, but will keep the stuff on hand for the future.
Question: At what point do you decide to treat or not treat....obviously close to harvest....but HOW close? What would be your deciding factor on whether to foliar feed or not?

Any remaining problems fewer than 2 weeks from harvest, with the exception of heat stress and pH imbalance, I ignore.
My decision to stop foliar feeding is made when I feel that I can no longer do it without making contact with the buds. I keep a very small hair-spray bottle for foliar feeding or treating for insects in the flowering stages.
