What games had you just busting up laughing?

#1: Seaman (Dreamcast)

It takes awhile to get there, as you have to raise your seaman up several stages to reach the point where Seaman can freely talk to you. But even in the early stages there is humor. The Seaman him/herself with it's looks immediately strikes a humorous tone, fish and caterpillars with human faces it's funny. Then of course the baby and child talk that young Seaman make. Tickle your seaman and you get a "Stop you'll make me pee!" or when you turn off the tank light "I'm scared" And other such child humor like the first time they fling their crap at the screen, or when they start eating each other.

Then one day you log in and you say hello to your seaman and in a deep voice you get a cynical "Hello" in return. From there your Seaman gets very talkative and will ask you questions that it remembers and will throw back at you later on in conversation, will go on HILARIOUS Miller like rants about our society, religious, political, romance, education. Seaman had me rolling on the floor for hours laughing my ass off. Really the funniest game ever made.

#2: Conkers Bad Fur Day (N64)
This is more blunt and "immature" adult humor but there is also A CRAP LOAD of excellently done movie spoofs from like at least 100 movies. The content isn't meant for children to be watching/hearing but it's hilarious in a vulgar sense and that's what makes Conker so good. Apparently the "poop" jokes are a bit too chunky for some, but the sheer randomness and chaos in Conker will have you busting up laughing in surprise as you think to myself "Tell me...he didn't just do that." It's great that you can find a game that totally doesn't take itself seriously and you will in awe how so much randomness can form together to actually in some odd way make sense. You'll ponder and laugh in your head why the Panther King doesn't just replace the wooden leg of his broken table with another wooden leg...you'll bust up laughing at the first sign of Haybot and Gregg the Grim Reaper and his hatred of cats will have you rofling until the cows crap themselves.....

#3: Grand Theft Auto (all of them)

A common mistake for people is they take GTA seriously. In some regards there is a degree of seriousness in the storyline but the parts that make up that story, the world it takes place in, is one giant spoof of the negative parts of our society. The content in the game is intended not to be a violence simulator but have you laughing at the ridiculousness of ourselves being portrayed in this game. It makes some good points through humor I must say....one big place for this is the radio stations, the names of store, the things people say in passing. The way missions play out and even the way you can kill people is done in a comical manner and it's very humorous. But sadly it seems this escapes many people and goes over their heads. If people would just look at the GTA world and really take it in you'd realize just how damn funny that game is.
