It is coca leaf tea. It contains about 0.6% coca alkaloids. It is commercially available in peru and spain, but, due to web problems I am unable to contact the company about its status.

I like green and oolong tea over black tea.
Green tea comes from the same plant as black tea, the difference is in how the leaves are prepared. It also has less caffeine.
Green and Oolong alone or even in combination go great with the taste in your mouth after smoking.

Yea I know it is tasty and I habitually drink tea, eat and smoke plants on my own
initiative. My beliefs and habits are preformed on my own initiative and don't not have any Oganized communal relations with any religious or tribal organizations. I am prohibited by a United States agency from exercising my freedom.

There is a really nice, very low caffeine tea called Kukicha it's roasted bancha twig tea. The one I have is Nagata Organic Kukicha. Maybe that be ok.
