Hey everyone! I'm real stoked to be attending the Flaming Lips concert at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago (9/7/07)

Arguably one of the trippiest bands still playing today, I HAVE to see em'.

Anyone else by change gonna be there? Maybe we can meet up outside of the forum and indulge. :jointsmile:

On another note, if you haven't heard of the Flaming Lips, I encourage you to check em' out.

Look at some of their old album covers, youtube concert videos, and get some music of theirs. You'll be lifted :thumbsup:

i saw them like 3 or 4 years ago i believe in chicago, they were playing with the violent femmes and another band, i can't remember who it was, but anyway, the flaming lips had a ridiculous show, it was a real trip

I saw 'em at Wakarusa last year and was blown away, literally. It's a form of magic I swear. Was bummed not to snag tix for that one in Chicago, but you have an awesome time regardless. :thumbsup:
