Well in alot of places its almost like that...here for example you can smoke in a park or on the streets or wherever and noone will bother you..

well infact for smoking weed...you could get a fine maybe (well some friends got caught with 18g's in a bag and 7g's in another and a scale and got a 60 bucks fine..) but thats if youre really unlucky

So being like that, I MUCH MUCH prefer it to be illegal than regulated by the govt. FUCK IT, they wont be gettin money off OUR trees.
