I know vaporizing is the healthiest but I can't afford a good one just yet. I have been smoking both resin and bud (not at the same time) from a traditional metal pipe/bowl. The past day or so I have noticed my throat is a bit irritated and sore. I am assuming it is from harsh weed, using a metal pipe, or a combination of the two.
