OK, so I'll explain how to do it then! You need a wide mouth glass jar, something to weight down your pot- I use a small jar lid and some marbles- and water. I prefer distilled because there are no minerals in it at all.

Just put your pot in the jar, weight it down, and add the water. Let it sit 24 hours. Gently pour off the old water and carefully replace it with fresh water. Let sit 24 hours. Repeat at least 3 days. If the water is clear, you've gotten most of the sugar and ferts out. Now dry out your pot.

What happens is that all the sugars and ferts that are still in the pot, leach out of your pot. They are what make smoke harsh (ever smell burning sugar?). Sadly, although THC is not soluble in water (so it stays in your pot), many of the components that give pot it's flavor are water soluble. Translation- it loses it's flavor. But on the good side, it is the smoothest smoke you'll ever have!:smokin: The potency is the same or slightly better, than what you started with!

Trick is to get a cup that will fit right over the bowl so that no smoke will get out.

Then just hit it like a regular hookah, but pass it fast to keep it lit.

maybe your just getting sick? my throat only gets sore when im coming down with a cold, then i just put in a tropical halls before i smoke, and leave it in my mouth when im smoking......and the smoke is..........tropical........lol

I made a bong with two chambers, one for the water, other filled with ice, makes it seem like your breathing, not smoking. Veeerrryy smoootthhhh. if you just have a normal bong, use ice water, gives almost the same effect.

A water bong works awsome! Me and my freind made one a week or so ago. I can't even tell smoke is in my lungs until I blow it out. It works awsome. I would definitly reccomend it. :thumbsup:
