Panic Attack's

So yesterday i had the worst panic atack I think ive ever had in my life. I hyperventilated and almost passed out becuase i couldnt breathe. I use to take medicine for this but I stopped visiting my psychiatrist a while ago because the medicine he was givin me wasnt helpin and he didnt wanna give me anything else. So now I can't go to the doctor because my insurance has ran out and im basically screwed inless I wanna pay a hundred or more dollars for somethin.

I really don't know what to do, I could go back to the doctor but I really don't have the money for it right now and it suck's because I could really use some type of medicine. Im sure there's somethin out there that will work. Weed is the only thing I can rely on now to keep me calm an mellowed out, as far as I know there is no type of medicinal marijuana around here. Im sure there's people on this board with aniexty, i feel sorta lost right now I have no idea what to do..

How long were you on the meds for this?

I would say I was on it for atleast 9 month's. I took it durin the school year back when I acually went.
