    new food tried..

well being that i love to cook and i just generally love food, i like to try the 'crazy' things... on my trip i got the chance to try something new...

    frog legs...

didn't really like 'em, they weren't bad, just not enough flavor for me.. probably if i got 'em done someplace else i might like 'em....

the taste kinda reminded me of more bland sardines...

Yeah, I had them a couple of times. First time was bland and unimpressive, second time was some kind of spicy cajun frog legs, which were really pretty decent.

I've had 'em. I thought they tasted like chicken, basically. Slightly amphibian-flavored chicken. I'd rather just eat a drumstick, though. They reminded me of chicken white meat, and I prefer dark.

I had them but consider them a bit dull and far more trouble than the bland flavor merits.
Same with cornish hen- pain in the ASS- like any chicken, takes on flavor of whatever it's cooked in, so meh, it only gets my vote as a novelty dish.
