back to school on monday.. summer reflections

well folks, it's back to school on monday...it's been an interesting summer, but i think i got a good ammount accomplished... partied, had some bbqs, sat around in the sun, played a bunch of disc golf, made a an EP's worth of music and then some, even managed to get a decent raise at work all while managing to not work myself too hard, and i think i learned quite a few things about life this summer as always...

been smoking a lot all summer but i plan to cut back considerably this semester, maybe just a weekend thing. gotta lot of things to focus on and i wanna start saving up my money, this year is a big year for me, if i do it right i should have finished my degree in sound and recording by spring... gotta decide where i wanna transfer to then, or if im just gonna try to find a job... who knows? we'll see how it all plays out.

have you been doing an internship or anything at a studio? I was in the recording arts program here at Chico state university in CA but I changed majors and now music is my minor. How did you like the program?

I have also been thinking the same way are you are about school lately. Since I switched majors to journalism I have had a lot to think about in terms of getting my act together and actually graduating. I think I only have about 2 years left but we'll see. I have been smoking my brains out all summer and I am getting a little tired of it. I have a new girlfriend now and school's about to start so I really can't see myself smoking any more than just the weekends like you are doing. Good to see someone else with the same thoughts, even on these boards.

Gutted bro.. I hate that feeling of the summer behind me and a whole new year of work ahead.. So depressing :S

My woman's a school counselor, so she's going back to work Monday too. On the plus side, this is her last year, then she's joining me in retirement and we can slack off for, well, the rest of our lives, woot! Guess we've got another year to figure out what we wanna do when we no longer *have* to do anything at all.

looking back i had a damn good summer, vaped it up like everyday, spent most of it straight chyllan togetha just me and my krewwwwwwwwwwwws sippin on breeewwwwwwwwwws chillen togetha.
