Or were you the only one who foresaw the need for MRAPS back then? Did you know that we just didn't have a vehicle like that, even in blueprints? Do you have any idea how long it takes to invent a new armored vehicle, qualify it, manufacture it, equip it and ship it? No, I don't think you do.
