Passed home test 3 days and 4th day failed?

I passed my home drug tests for three days after not smoking for 23 days -- the forth day, after taking a prescribed Xanax the night before, I then failed twice today. Does this make sense? I thought once negative, always negative. Does Xanax cause a false positive or is it common for my test to turn around and go back to negative? I haven't changed anything else so I have to attribute the failure to the Xanax. Am I making the wrong assumption?

I was testing positive until the other night when I took my prescription meds. I haven't taken any more since then but am still testing negative (it might be positive but I'm convinced I'm hallucinating the very faint line on the stick read window)... Please, anyone have any ideas why without toking up I would go back to positive results? I even ate almost an entire corned beef to update my fats but no change -- My test is in 12 days and I'm getting very worried. About the dilution, if I drink 5 bottles of red gatorade the morning of the test, will this be enough to keep my specific gravity and creatnine up? Do I need to do other things as well? I'm not going to to the substitute urine because I don't really know anyone well enough to say, 'Hey dude, give me your piss' and the synthetic stuff just bugs me for some reason. I may be watched as well. I just want to pass the test and it's been 29 days now since my last smoke -- Please any advice will be greatly appreciated!:

Next, were you using just a THC test or a multi panel test? Were you using first voids or when? Were you drinking a lot of fluids when you passed or really dehydrated when you failed? Any aerobic exercise in there?

Thousands of people have passed using Quick Fix, maybe hundreds of thousands. If you are freaked out about it there is no reason. Employment test are not observed unless you give cause.

You will have 35 days clean by the test. I you really want to dilute instead of subbing, which is what I normally recommend, you would have a great chance of passing based on the clean time if you are still failing tests. You need to read the sticky on dilution again though to read about the TUms/Rolaids and red meat (and fish BTW).

I am using only the TCH test. Its the only test on the strip. I had perhaps had a little more fluid in my system on those days, a beer here a lemonade from Chik-Fil-A there and perhaps a few Pepsi's.
No, not a lot of excercise other than updating my house for moving but that's been a lot of work and I hope good excercise (painting and the such) and one day of 2 hours worth of swimming. I only tested once with my 2nd urine of the day and it was after a pepsi but other were all during the later hours of my day.

I haven't seen the Tums/Rolaids and red meat thread.. I'll look for that again. I have ordered another round of test strips and will continue to test, but I'm very concerned about the turn around. I will try the Gatorade tests on myself next week to see if it makes a difference. My problem with the synthetic urine stuff is this... I'm not sure when they'll want me to test (middle of my first day or the day after first thing in the AM) -- I will maintain my fluids however in the meantime to try to keep myself well hydrated. I'm just really worried (which is why I have to take Xanax probably) and hopefully that is as well increasing my metabolism.
Do you know anything about the Gatorade and my specific gravities and creatnine levels?

I saw a suggestion about taking some Aspirin -- Is this good advice and will it do me any good? I'm not sure what the pharmaceutical reasoning is behind the Aspirin, but I'm willing to take them.

Don't listen to rantingweed please. Obviously there are some issues going on with your upcoming test that need to be addressed and not put to rest by "dude you will be fine." Unbelievable.

All get to all of that in a minute. I have got to put up my spoonfeeding spoon and get ready to go out so read carefully. You should test with the first void of the day because it is the dirtiest. If you pass this one then that is a more accurate gauge because it is the dirtiest and fluid intake through the day can affect tests taken later on in the day. It is the worst case scenario too.

Everything is in the dilution sticky including the creatine. Sports drinks are preferred over water due to salt content which helps SG. Tums/Rolaids also for SG. If you are close to passing but a little over the cutoff taking aspirin can interfer with one brand of immunoassay(the first half of a lab test) test, EMIT. You can't know which brand the lab is using so you take it anyway because it can't hurt. Meat contains creatine which is metabolized to creatinine. It's in the sticky too.

If you are borderline pass/fail and you are doing a lot of aerobic exercise, such as swimming, it can raise your THC metabolite level in your urine because it is burning fat releasing metabolites. For those who may read this later, this is important if you are close. If you have been clean for weeks and you exercise it will not dig up deep down hiden metabolites but this person is obviously close as they are getting results both ways. Stop exercising for a few days if you are going to test again and take a 3-5 day break before your test if you are getting "positive/negative results.

Ok, now it's been 33 days since my last toke-up. I just got some more home tests and am still peeing hot. Is this unusual? I have seen where most of you guys pass in 7-14 days but I am not having the same luck. Am I doing something wrong?!? I would think not as I'm simply dipping the little test strip into a cup and then reading it. Sheez... What a nightmare. I've got another 7-8 days before my test. I went out today and bought a bottle of B-Complex, aspirin, rolaids and a butt-load of Gatoraide. I'm praying to my gods that things turn around soon. Anyone else gone 33 days clean and still hot? I said I thought my internal organs were made of pot, now I'm really beginning to wonder. Those few days of negative testing made me really happy, now I'm Anxiety Dude! Perhaps I should go on that Who Wants to be a Superhero show...
At any rate, thanks for all the good advice. I saw a 'semi-dilution' thread I think was good, if I can find it again. I'll keep you guys updated but til then, keep tokin for me!

It's not uncommon for chronic smokers to take 60 days to pass. You're reading the tests right aren't you?

Well, as far as I can tell. Here's the last two tests I took:
1: 3 hours ago: pre-dinner
2: 5 mins ago: post-dinner (1 glass of Iced Tea and 1/2 can pepsi)

and I'm not 100% sure that test 1 doesn't have a very faint line in it.
