I'd buy me some land out in the boonies,with a natural spring or two,on it..and build an NBC shelter underneath a humble ranch home. The rest of what I'd do with the money--is classified.

Id start my own chain of cannabis cafes in amsterdam and id invest then id gamble 3 million on a 20 to 1 horse and WIN then id make a train that runs from the UK adn AMERCICA to amsterdam!!! to my cafes ahhhhhhhh DREAMS! then when i become a mukti ZILLIONAIRE! id buy a country and legalize weed and have MILES OF FIELDS :d:d:d:d:d

I'd certainly never have to work again, so I'd probably go right down to the airport, buy a one-way ticket to Amsterdam and wave college bye-bye. I don't know what I'd do with it in the long term but that would be the first thing I would do.

Safe. I'd buy a big house millions of miles away in the country with a green house so I can grow my own draw, then buy stuff for all my mates and tech my house out with loads of cool shizzle like they have on MTV Cribs. Get a pool shaped like a bong and a phat studio on the top floor with massive speakers hanging from the outside of the house so everyone can hear what i'm doing . Then i'd draw a little plan for the ultimate smoking room in the basement, with black walls and a psychedelic carpet that glows in the dark, sofas all around the outside with a flat screen TV on the wall. Also (and this just came to me) i'd make a whole in the wall and have a giant tank filled with oil and wax put in like a giant lava lamp tank, now THAT'S a sick idea. Also have an air hockey table and lots of airsoft guns just for jokes.

First off, my Preacher gets 10% right off the top (which is cool I won't have to pay taxes on that, I'd probably also buy him a new car, one of those Honda hybrids)

then I'd start my own bicycle shop with a little coffe/espresso bar in it.
