I am wondering if any of you girls are on this form of birth control.

You see, my soon to be wife has started taking "the ring" instead of "the patch" for convience, but since about a week or so after she started using "the ring" she lost much of her sex drive, and has a difficult time reaching an orgasm.

Now, I have never had problems pleasing women, and while she was on the patch she wanted sex more than I did. I also never had a problem giving her multiple orgasms, but now she never seems to want it, and rarely reaches her peak. I have tried different techniques, setting more of a mood, more foreplay, and everything to no avail. She is also sometimes experiences pain during sex.

Have any of you experienced anything simmilar or heard of such a thing?.....I would hate to think it's my fault!

Most forms of hormonal birth control can result in a lack of a sex drive in some women. I am betting this is no exception.

woe realy that sucks ban that nuva ring shit but the shot has other things too for some girls its like a shot of bitchyness. I new this one girl who was so crazey after the shot when she found out that that saint jhons wart help here we would frekin dose here all the time with the st. wart stuff

I was on that and tried it for like three months until my bestfriend (who happens to be a nurse) was talkin to me and those things are SO BAD for you!!! i had really bad abdominal pain a lot and my intrest in sex diminished completely eventually because it hurt so much.. they are supposed to be really bad for your cervix... i would recomend your soon to be wife find another kind of birthcontrol... the nuva ring is more trouble than it is worth!! oh.. also another friend of mine got cervical cancer from that thig! NO JOKE! those are SO BAD!!!!
