meh, id go with the camera. And for 200 bucks you CAN get something fancy. Buy it off the net or even in a store, i mean i paid my cam 280$ like a year ago and its 5mp and rechargeable battery. and whatever you do, make sure you get one like that, with an internal ion battery you just charge up. They're the best.

the vaporiser, you can just buy a disposable one plus digital cams, need all these computer programs and cables and shit

I'd go with the vape. A camera is always something you can ask for as a Christmas present, a vape.. maybe not so much.

You're going to need it for dorm smoking and you could work it such that if you can piggy back on a classmates camera for a while and vape them up in return!
