Well I've been up all night (and all day) working on a take-home exam for my Engineering Physics course... fun stuff

But yeah, I finally got a possible solution, only took 8 hours... SO naturally I smoked a bowl. But man, I've been inside all day (except for when I hit up my chill'n spot in the woods ), so I figured a lil excersize would do me good (especially since I don't work out like I used too...). Couple sets of push ups, sit ups and thrust-ups (where you get on push-up position on your knees and push yourself as far off the floor as you can; its for bad elbows like mine)...


Yeah my elbows suck, i went from benching 305lbs to barely putting up 150 a few years ago, when I fucked up my elbows... I've gotten some back but I aint what I used to be I should start lifting again....
