What do I do next?
I put these 3 clones in a bucket with miricle grow soil when they were about 4" high....set them next to a sliding glass door for light.....they have grown pretty good in the last month....now I want to put them under my 450 HPS light in a closet I made up and go to 12/12 now....(see pics)....my question is should I clip these plants or just let them grow how they are? How often should I water them? Im going to use Botanicare pure blend pro fruit and flower formula 2.5-2-5 at 1 ounce per gallon...does that sound ok?....if anybody out there can steer me in the right direction I would sure appreciate it! Thanks again! Bud is love!

http://overgrow.com/growfaq <--- all the anwsers you seek are there,
However, I think that you should have given them each their own bucket, but there is nothing that you can do about that now... I fert my soil plants once per week when flowering, but I use 1/2 strength ferts, I water every third day, usually, but if the soil is still wet, wait to water until it is almost dry. As for the trimming, you will probably need to as they grow bigger. If you think you can, you should try to transplant them into something bigger, maybe like a rubbermaid comtainer, plants need about 1 gallon of soil for each foot they are tall, so I think you should try to have 3-4 gallons per plant... just my opinion.

I would leave them, but cut away the bucket and transplant into a bigger container. First cut the bottom out of the bucket that the plants are in, then set the bucket in the rubbermaid and cut the bucket down each side (2 cuts) and then fill the rubbermaid with soil, now remove the two sides of the bucket, and then water and add more soil if needed. Let them recover for a week and flower them. Before you do this don't water the plants for 3-4 days, as it will make the soil hold together better for the transplant. I am posting a pic I made in paint that shows how it should end up, the dotted line is where the bucket used to be. This will give your plants the root space they need. You should get at least 10 Gal container for this.
PS. don't forget to drill a few drain-holes in the rubbermaid container.
Hope this helps.
