    I would like your feedback

My wife is coming back from France in a couple of days. She went to visit her family. I want to bring her something when I pick her up at the airport? I was thinking of roses, but not sure if it's too cheezy? What can I bring her that will go a long way?
I usually come up with these things on my own, but I thought I would ask the women in here for some feedback.

    Thanks

Maybe you could get her a card or if your crafty make her one. Take a picture of you looking all sad because she is gone and put it on the front. Then take another picture of you cheesin all big cause your happy she is back. Maybe you can put some kind of poem on the inside and decorate it all pretty. I think that would be really nice because you took the time to make it and it shows how much you really missed her.

Then give her one rose. And treat her with her favorite meal that night either going gout, ordering in, or cooking it yourself. And just spend the day together.

Roses would be lovely. You pretty much cannot go wrong with flowers. Unless she has allergies or something.

If you think something else would be more meaningful, try jewelry. Or an IOU for a romantic dinner out. Or a gift card to her favorite store. Or a bottle of her favorite wine. Or a promise to do some dreaded house chore that she routinely takes care of for a week. Vouchers for domestic assistance of some kind are very sexy gifts in our book. I expect she'll appreciate any gesture. If it were me personally, I'd be very impressed with roses or some other flowers because the other people who're standing around will see those, too, which is always a nice public display of affection.

I love it when my husband makes me things. He is very good with his hands. Sometimes at work he will make me cute little things like my name out of metal or cute little hearts out of wood, and one time he found a 4 leaf clover and brought it home to me. If someone brings candy to work and they have one of my favorites he will bring me a piece. Its the little things for me. I just love the feeling of getting something that he took time to work on and was thinking about me and just wanted to do something for me just because. I love those little gifts.

Flowers are always a good choice. So is chocolate. If you're looking for something a little less of the traditional gifts try a gift certificate for a pedicure. I dont know what her family situation is, but I always feel like I need a little vacation after visiting family, and pedicures are a nice way to relax. Its really nice that you want to do something for her. I'm sure she'll be happy to go home to a husband like you!

    Thanks for all the feedback.

I have done the card and poem a few times already. I think I will bring her a rose and some chocolate. I'm assuming she will be coming back tired from the trip, so in the evening, I will go out and pick up one of her favorite dishes (Calamari) from the Italian restaurant and bring it back to eat at the house. Off to the mall I go for a piece of black and white chocolate and whatever else I may find to give her.

    Thanks Ladiez
