I have the "Samsung Heat" from Helio, but I'm planning on getting the "Ocean" within the next month. It's bad ass

So far, I haven't had any problems from the company. Everything is included for $100, and the phone runs off of Cingular or Verizon towers (can't remember which one they said...lol). I use my cell all the time, so the unlimited minutes and text is perfect for me
