ALWAYS FOLLOW THE BEST IF USED BY DATE!


So i walk into my kitchen looking for something to munch on, and I come across a bag of salad. I really like salad, so I was pretty excited till I looked at the best if used by date and it said 8/05/07. So I figured that was about what 2 weeks ago, so it couldnt be that bad. Well come to find out when I bit down on, it was mushy, and yucky, and quit dissapointing.

So, I guess this was more of a rant than anything so... any one else ever have something like this happen?

i will admit iv drank curdled milk one time. i was so out of my head and jsut thirsty i didnt even look at the gallon, i poured it downed it then was like hey AUNT sandy whats wrong with the milk then she says oh dont drink it i need to take it back.. OMG i almsot threw up.. but then i was like all well.. i didnt even get sick wow..

yeh I've had some bad experiences with spolied goods over the years. Most recent was I got a DR Pepper out of a soda machine that had a old date on it, I was like screw it the thing is sealed, and how can soda go bad. So I took a few swigs, THE SHIT WAS FLAT AS HELL.. (unintentional caps) then m throat kind of constricted a little bit, stomach started rumbling, and shat my brains out a hour or two later lol...

Another time my girl went out and got me a Nesquick years back, had a good date on it and everything. So per my usuall pratiuce I shook it up and chugged the thing. Half way through the bottle the taste of spoiled milk hit me, moments later I was puking and shitting my brains out for the rest of the night. Got all types of free shit in the mail from Nestle aftwards though lol

Ive let whole gallons of milk sit out and curdle, but Ive never drank it lmao

haha, never really happend to me but has happend with my friends infront of me a lot it looks really shitty when something like this happens

Some things are alright after the use by: date.

Obviously alot of things arnt.

Some bloke in England ate a can of 50 year old chicken without cooking it and he was fine, and he said it tasted good too.
