Indica gives you more of a "body-type" buzz....
Sativa is more of a "Heady" buzz
:hippy:Life, is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely, in a nicely and well preserved body. Remember this!:stoned:

Indica? Sativa?
Sativas are more likely to induce visuals and slight auditory hallucinations, and they are less likely to leave you tired and burnt out. They're also more likely (than indica) to be used to treat depression and phantom pain. The high seems to be centered in your head, making you feel 'floaty.'
Indicas are more likely used to treat anxiety and insomnia. They are also more likely to leave you burnt out and sleepy. An indica high will generally last longer than a sativa high. It creates a body-buzz like Stealth331 said.

There are also hybrid strains jonlem. Usually they are derived more from one type than the other but on occasion there is a perfect hybrid strain which typically has the best effects of both types. Sometimes though it is possible to make the indica too overpowering which creates that "stupid" feeling when combined with the heady high of a sativa.
