I feel you about it being hard to take a break. I've only ever done 2 days since I started toking, and thats the 2 days after I got busted because I was para.
I know working out helps, because it comes out threw sweat.
If I take a run on the treadmil for about half an hour, propper running like fuck, take a shower, hit a bong then smoke a joint then I get alot higher.
