But yeah if you do have Light/Fans/Scales/Cash/Nutes and all other brilliant paraphernalia, chances are your in the deep shit..

If you get caught expect a hefty fine and maybe some community service
But hell everyone should give back to the community anyway.
Look at it as a win win situation.

Ok, not many people know what they're talking about.

As long as you've got under 10 flowering you almost certainly aint looking at prison time.

For 6 plants you'd get a fine/community service tops. Just make sure you dont make it look as though your a dealer [eg, if you've got alot of baggies, get rid of em.]

I think the most important thing is dont buy a scales or baggies, dont attract attention to ur house and if u do get arrested act as stupid, worried,anxious and apologetic as possible (bit of crying doesnt hurt either). My m8 got brought in for 6 plants (he's a pretty experienced grower) they asked him how much did u get off the plants? he said " i think it was 2 VIDEO BOXES of leaves and one video box of buds, but i only smoked the leafs cos the buds didnt burn properly". the copper replied '' ye, i think u have to dry them out first".
Take ur chances mate, its your human right and the government shouldnt be allowed to tell u what u can and cant smoke. I think the pros outweigh the cons with risking a grow.

Ive read that theres two charges, cultivation is the lesser charge, and production which is a serious charge for more commercial operations. I belive the production charge is the same charge you get for producing synthetic chemicals also, so you relly dont want to get stung with that.

A lot will depend on surrounding circumstances, but I think 6 plant in soil with one light would fall under the lesser charge, where as 12 plants 3 lights and a hydro set up could be classed as production, because you couldnt realisticly say it was all personal.

This is by no means fact, just how I understand it.

my mate from neath in wales got caught with 6 plants, all rather large, and he got a caution and nothing else. another mate got caught in bridgend and had three months inside. he did have over 40 well established large plants and made the front page of the daily mirror. he got burgled and phoned the police himself, who appeared, got a wiff of his grow, and promptly arrested him. The mirror headline was "dopey boss grasses himself" as he was growing them in his business factory unit. i think the trick is to only grow what you need for personnal use. 6 plants is cool, 40 odd and i think they tend to feel your taking the piss with the personnal use argument.
