That is truly bizarre. Sounds like it could even be viral, and it would be the first time I've ever seen the effects of a virus on cannabis. Where the heck is rhizome when ya need him!?
look what I found, but no pics... could start by googling the individual diseases...
Diseases of Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.)

so I just went through my readers digest problem-solver....which didn't but kept coming back to things like black mold, black mildew, blackspot, all fungi related.
I did see a few viral things as Stinky mentioned but I certainly don't know enough about cannabis plants to tell you whether it is or isn't......especially if Stinky's never heard of viral probs w/cannabis.
The very first one i read....black mildew....talked about other abnormal coloring on the flower....including white like you mentioned as well Stinky. just an observation....

I've got two theories on my "new dark purp growth"
One is already mentioned. (temp drops)
2.) The same time I introduced superthrive it also got cold at night, making it harder to judge the cause. I DO believe I used too much ST to start with, but those two elements were the ONLY changes in environment, which created almost the EXACT same outcome as the pix above.
Did you recently introduce superthrive by any random chance?

There ARE viral diseases of cannabis- at least 4 or 5 of them- mostly mosaic type viruses.
The white I mentioned is simply albinism and shows up somewhat commonly on the leaves. I've seen it in my crops before. I was using it as a reference for patchy coloration being possible on this plant.
Chron, interesting point. I will then ask the OP, did you pee near your plants (deer repellent)? I'm not being fresh, the outdoor grower I know does that regularly. Heck, I've added a bit of repellent to his plants myself, lol. Human urine contains at least one compound found in ST.
