    Thinking about consulting Dr. Atomic...

Specifically, his NorthernLights x Blueberry remedy. Anyone have any experience with that strain?

I like the sound of it, although am wondering if a straight up NL soil grow might be a safer bet.
I'm looking for yield and hardiness, odor is a secondary concern.

    any feedback appreciated!

Last year I grew Dr Atomic's NL X Blueberry. It has turned out to be the best smoke I've grown so far. As far as smell, it's pretty strong. The taste is superior. My plant rewarded me with a fairly good yield.

Nice! I take it due to the NL genetics they weren't too fussy? I'm curious, what was your growing method? Indoor/outdoors? Did you go organic or use conventional nutes? Was there any domination involved (LST, scrog, etc)?

This future grow will be the first time I will have used professional grade seeds, I'm no noob, but I am wary of getting in over my head. I'm wondering if there is any appreciable difference in difficulty compared to "plain" Northern Lights.

    Bluedevil.
I just did a simple outdoor grow in a pot and I found it a very easy strain to grow. I used Foxfarm nutrients along with Superthrive & a worm tea. I topped it when it was a month old and I never had any plant problems. I've never grown plain NL, though right now I'm growing a couple of NL X C99, and they are coming along nicely.
