WOW...so today i got busted!!

(sorry for the wall of text didnt know how to shorten this story)........damn so this is my first real thread of any kind on this website aside from the introduce ur self thing...and well yea to get back on topic..today me nd sum of my boys decided lets smoke half an 8th of sum crip(i live in florida so it was some dank shit) in a jacuzi at my friends complex....so we rolled 4 nice blunts and toked up on 2...it was me and 4 other friends..so being the dumbasses we are we decide lets smoke in the jacuzi(at this point we were pretty buzzed)...but ive been smokin for awhile now and nothing at all has ever happend...and we have smoked at this clubhouse before...well we were about half way done with our third blunt in the jacuzi wen suddenly we see a flashlight and turns out to be a cop with a gun pointed at my friends face telling him to put it out...ive never been so scared in my life..imagine our faces wen 2 minutes before were smoking a fat blunt in a jacuzi and now im facing da wall with several cops asking me all types of questions...out of all my friends im the only one dats 18 and well needless to say i was fuckin scared...to sum things upp the kid who got caught with the weed in his hand got fucked...he took the blame for it and he took the blame for the other blunt...im not sure of the laws in florida but i got off da hook pretty nasty...they let me drive home and didnt even call my parents(which they threatened to do)..i asked the cop if i would lose my license or anything and he said no and i wouldnt have anyting on my criminal record he said they were doing sum shit called a field report w.e that means... the saddest part is my friend has court now and im really worried for wats gonna happen to him...today was a real sobering experience and i guess this might seem corny but i was always thinkin i would never ever get caught...im jus saying this as warning although i noe everyone on these forums is pretty sure of the risks they run wen they blazee..but becareful people shit is risky and well yea dont think u cant get caught...im lucky to have a friend that took the blame like that...otherwise i would have been fucked...i dont noe wen ill be smoking again...but knowin me soon..im a pot head:rastasmoke:

That is a risk locally aswell. We actually decide who takes the fall if we get busted before each session. Its generally the oldest one there, or the one who brings the bud (which I tend not to do, A: Becuase i don't usually have any, and B: I've got friends with it comin out there asses, so I say they them supply, they don't really mind aslong as its friends though)

well somebody didnt really read my post since i did say i was 18...and i wasnt aware that when smoking weed there is a disclaimer that u have to be responsible and a certain age to do it...if ur smoking pot in the first place ur showing signs of wat is cliche for iresponsible..so while i will agree it was a very stupid mistake to smoke in the out doors like that i dont think responsibility has anything to do with it...besides who really is thinkin about wats responsible or not when smokin weed...you sound like one of those cops who busted me...

yea ive gone to that website..haha thanks for the info neways...but still im not sure of the law though cuz i figured okay the cop found us in a circle one guy had weed and all of our eyes were bright red i was sure i was fucked but guess not...has to be litterly posession to get in trouble...thank god for that and my friend...ha
