Yeah, sometimes when there's a difficult situation in your life it may be best to keep your mind clean and clear. Intoxicants can delay the processing of your emotions and any lifestyle changes that ensue, actually making it harder to cope, but causing you to think you're ok. On the other hand, if there's just something that keeps haunting you and you can't figure out how to let it go, some deep relaxation and meditation with the herb could show you a way to help yourself. I would go without for a while, then if there's anything left hanging for too long seek help getting "out of your own head" so to speak. But i'm no psychologist, so use salt liberally on my advice.
JD1stTimer Reviewed by JD1stTimer on . my other grandpa died about when i posted the thread talking about how to deal with the loss of a loved one..... the reason why i posted that, was that day, my grandpa on my dads side, had a stroke, and i knew it wasnt going to be good.... but the reason why i was asking how to deal with the loss of a loved one, is because despite loosing 2 people close to me, i was basicaly drunk or high the entire time.... and i dont want to go back to using anything right now...
