This pretty much hits the nail on the head. However, there are a lot of acronyms (LST & FIM & such) you need to learn and the best thing is if you see some term you don't understand, just ask. :jointsmile:

FIM= Fudge I Missed= Cutting the top to cause two tops instead of one
Nutes= Nutrients= Miracle Grow, Trace elements, Vitamins
PH= Acidity or alkalinity of your water/soil= 1-Very Acid 7-Neutral 14-Very Alkaline
HID= High Intensity Discharge= HPS lights, MH Lights, MV Lights
HPS= High Pressure Sodium= Red spectrum(fall) HID lighting
MH= Metal Halide= Blue spectrum(spring) HID lighting
MV= Mercury Vapor= Mostly useless to us HID lighting
CFL= Compact Fluorescent Light= Small spiral mini fluorescents
VEG= Vegging= Plants life cycle after Seedling but before Flowering
R/O= Reverse Osmosis= Water Filtering technique ie: Dasani water
