Yes, I think he's guilty. Three of his 'friends' will testify to his guilt if it goes to trial, so I doubt it will. He should do some hard time, or at least I hope he does. And he should be banned from the NFL forever; they have a rule that allows a lifetime ban for any type of gambling, and he was clearly gambling.

What I think *should* happen to him is, he should be coated in liver and thrown into a cage with 12 fighting dogs that haven't eaten in a week. See if his mad scrambling skillz can get him out of *that*.
