there are actual charges you can bring someone up for exactly that.. killing someone not by doing something but by not doing something. i forgot what it's called, "****** neglect" i think. anyways if they can prove that this guy didnt do something that may have caused this, he is so fked its not funny. besides, when these people are realized to be dead (lets just say they are) then you can imagine the reaction from every family member when they hear that info on this guy's track record.. and you can be sure their next reaction will be to call up that lawyer
