You can get HPS/MH [HID] lighting from loads of places. They're not hard to pick up at all.

And CFL's are energy saving lights. Compact fluos. They do work, they're not great, but the more lumens, the better.

And NEVER spray anything wet onto your plants while the lights are on. And, while we go down that route, be very careful spraying the whole room. Water and leccy dont mix. BANG. Fire. No more house, so always be careful.
