im all for legalizing aswell.
I also agree with you tho it is fun that its illegal by the fact that its a bit of a taboo still.
But i really do not enjoy having to buy it on the street tho not that i ever do unless im in a different country.
And bitchiwillslice has sum very good points...unfortunatly i do not know the answers to anyof them
