Clean water works best for me for a few reasons;

keeps my bong cleaner
tastes better
dont have to worry bout spilling it between sessions, jst dump it when ur done and fill when u wanna toke

I leave it. I like seeing how dirty i can get it with out it getting spilt someone always seems to spill thy bong, dog, gf,drunken friends etc

Eugh. Bongwater tastes of soot and poo. The only time I heard of drinkable bongwater was when my genius, genius friend told me he couldn't get hold of tapwater somehow (??) so he used vodka. I promptly slapped him, of course.
