Like cigarettes, I doubt any store will have it on the shelves where it can be shoplifted by kids.

paying the taxes is not really the problem it is getting it legalized. dont build the roof before the foundation.

I think we would see much the same set up as the ABC stores. Though not necessarily ON the shelf, but Top shelf is the best and great for smoking. bottom shelf would be for butter and hash maybe....(sort of a grade of smoke system) hmmm That could work.

They could use all the new tax revenue to build new prisons for the perverts being caught online trying to solicit children and teens. What a wonderful plan. anybody with me on this one?:jointsmile:
