Well I bought that drink and I drank it this morning. I drank about 24 oz of water before I threw up (god damnit, but I couldn't help it was one of the nastiest things ever). I tried holding it but I just couldn't do it, my stomach was too upset from that shit. Anyways now I'm taking some multivitamins with riboflavin and have drank about 60 oz of water. Wish me luck

Good luck hon, but be careful! You can throw your electrolyte balance off by drinking too much water! This can be FATAL! A gal died just a few months ago from drinking too much water at a radio contest. Get some sports drinks/chicken broth/milk into you rather than more water! Yea I know about water intoxication, the lady that died lives in the same town as me (Sacramento). I've always hated that station, too. Thanks for the concern though.

Anyways I took the test and my pee was yellowish, which I know is from the riboflabin because I drank almost 100 oz and my pee was clear before that. So, let's hope I pass it because it's for my first job. After the test, my stomach was upset (it was upset the whole car ride, but not that bad) so I ended up going to a restaurant and puking in the bathroom. My puke was pee colored, so I must've had a small overdose on those vitamins (also the puke tasted like the nasty vitamin pills mixed with that damn drink). I'm just glad I didn't throw up again before the test.

The lab didn't seem to high tech, either, like LabCo is, so hopefully they're not too rich and spend all this money too make sure it's legit

Shagy, your puke was probably pee colored from bile and not the vitamin FYI because the riboflavin has to undergo metabolism by the body before it turns your pee yellow. Next time try subbing but if you must dilute, use a sports drink and 100 oz of water may result in a neg dilute because you used water and a little too much depending on how much you reversed. Storm crow, nice concern but it does take more than what Shagy was drinking to die from water intoxication in most cases.

Well I took the pills at least 5 hours before the test and I took more than 10 lol (around 15, I think). I have a FAST metabolism, it's usually less than 5 hours before I use the bathroom after I eat. I take the pills everyday and night, normally, so Ribo is part of my daily diet either way. The Riboflavin in them is 2000% and in the drink it was around 2000%, too. I didn't throw up the whole juice, btw.

Also I've never had pee colored puke before, and I know what the color of Ribo is, and that was definitely from it. Plus my pee was green. After drinking 100 oz, it would have been clear without the vitamins.

And yea it takes way more than 100oz to OD on water. I think the lady had multiple gallons (gallon = 128 oz, I htink). In fact 80-100 oz is the recommended amount of water the average person should drink a day.

It's ok to worry Storm Crow. I am glad there are still good people out there who care about others. My :twocents: on this issue... shagy I don't know how well your plan is going to work expecially since you puked after taking the detox. I would reccommend trying subbing instead of detoxing.

i just bought one of those 'detox' drinks the 32 oz. "extra stregnth" "instant acting" because they were out of the usual drink my friends get and this is made by the same company just more expensive supposably alot better but I really wished it would have went better for you now I have many worries :wtf:
