Well I took the pills at least 5 hours before the test and I took more than 10 lol (around 15, I think). I have a FAST metabolism, it's usually less than 5 hours before I use the bathroom after I eat. I take the pills everyday and night, normally, so Ribo is part of my daily diet either way. The Riboflavin in them is 2000% and in the drink it was around 2000%, too. I didn't throw up the whole juice, btw.

Also I've never had pee colored puke before, and I know what the color of Ribo is, and that was definitely from it. Plus my pee was green. After drinking 100 oz, it would have been clear without the vitamins.

And yea it takes way more than 100oz to OD on water. I think the lady had multiple gallons (gallon = 128 oz, I htink). In fact 80-100 oz is the recommended amount of water the average person should drink a day.
