Are you sure that is an email from eBay and not from a site trying to get your banking info?

I got this email from eBay Well im sure theres a lot of people here who know about eBay and stuff but I've just started using it and im am still learning how to use it and paypal aswell. I go this email from eBay today on my account. I dont understand that bit about the monthly payments on my account automatically coming out from my bank you have to make a monthly payment just to have an ebay account!!??? Rating: 5
