It's a bakery/ pastry shop/ coffee shop/ sandwich shop/ salad shop/ soup shop. They have things from bagels to muffins to gourmet sandwiches and even flatbread pizzas.

McD's has the shittiest breakfast out there...especially value wise...they'll charge you like 2.50 for a piddley ass mcgriddle when you can run on down to Hardees and get 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits (which are made from scratch biscuits) for only 2.22....Hardees is BY FAR the best fast food breakfast...no questions asked, hands down, end of discussion, i'm gonna go smoke a bowl and eat some right now...peace.
