but its only good (right now) for dieing and very specifice things. No pain, which is what alot of us need it for, in Oct. we petition and go before the board of health for other things. How ever if you got HIV or are dieing, spinal desises or are in hospice care it is cool as far as herb goes cause you can grow your own. I dont think that has been done anywhere in the US yet. Only 4 mature plants and 3 vegy plants but were trying. The only thing that passed this bill was the Governer (althogh the people realy fought for it, and we thought our reps hadd our backs but after the battle got long and close to the end they gave up on us), Hes running for prezz and hes got my vote not cause of the herb but cause hes not a bush and has already done more good for the world and hes not even in a position like bush yet.

today they annoynced the state will not be growing for the people, Does one know how does it work in other states with collectives and clubs and stuff? Does the state supply them or do they issue some one a licens to grow? Here alot of people are pissed cause their will be no where to buy from they still have to go to dealers. And dealers here suck for good herb you have to know the right people and if your sick and outta touch this is very hard and to some impossible. They are still letting us grow but to some one who is sick going into the garden or closet could be hard. And 4 mature plants could be very different in yeild depending on the strain, although I think 2 lbs per light is still possible

Grow your own.Washington your allowed to grow your own but they are still debating how much.Every state we can get to institute the medcinal grows are another nail in the coffin for these peices of shit at the federal level. Eventually prohibition will be gone. The wheels of justice turn slowly.

yeah its good it passed but we still have problems some people are to sick to grow their own, their has to be an option for em. and soon enough I think their is a total legalization on the horizon. Althogh cali and all those other states being threatend gott keep it up cause their close to getting banned or somthing. Theirs always someone looking to prove their Cannabis lies.

Don't blame them for being a little leary of producing themselves.They should just allow someone to use the patients right to grow license to grow for them if they're not able to do it themselves.
And then the most IMPORTANT thing.State law officials should be ordered not to cooperate with federal officials in any pot investigation.

I actually think that it's better to let people grow their own instead of have to rely on and pay a government run distributor. They should probably allow more plants though. I wonder if they could just have a patient to patient distribution, where patients who are good at growing can grow for those who aren't, or are too sick to grow, etc.

I had thought about moving there for health; my brother is retiring there, I want to meet ET, etc. But the health rules are so harsh. Maybe in a few years. I also read this testimony by the head of the department at Mississippi U. that grows government weed. He said the cigarettes/joints are made in N.C. by machines, but bud gums up the works, so they only use leaves, thereby the potency of government weed sucks. Given that, growing your own is better anyway.
