Urine test tomorrow

I have classes that i go to every few days for a few hours, and like i have a test tomorrow. its not a big deal if i dont pass, they know i was a heavy smoker but i told them i stopped 5 days ago...so im just gonna try to get the levels down a little bit. i am working out in the morning tomorrow, and i plan on drinking plenty of water between now and then (4:30 tomorrow) isnt there a vitamin or something that you can use to make your pee look yelloy? the urine is sent off to a lab, i guess that means GC/MS testing. Would that detect a vitamin used? Shit im high now fuck lol. Smoked too much gotta drink ltos of water haah end post

Did you even bother reading any of the posts in the drug testing section before posting? You are doing pretty much everything wrong from exercising in the morning to using water to not understanding the importance of urine color to how to color your urine to how immunoassay and GC/MS works?
