hm, would it even be possible to carefully dig it up and transplant it into another part of your yard, without killing it or harming it too much? I don't think you picked a very good place to plant it in general. Anyway, it looks very healthy. Hopefully you can grow it, and not rip it down. Maybe there's something else you can do.
