I think it'll do good. The only thing you have left to do is wait for it to flower (bud). It is ready for flowering but since it's outside i don't think you can force it with darkness. The four hours of light doesn't really matter....your plant can detect the sunlight pretty good especially since it's huge. However, it's the lack of light that helps the flowering. More light will continue vegetative growth. The only thing to do about that is, let nature do it with it's fall season (shorter days)....as for the smell this really isn't a problem unless your growing indoors.
