yes you can use the same light for both veg and flower.
FireTheft Reviewed by FireTheft on . Anyone ever try these bulbs? Hey, I am starting to get pretty good results with the bulb pictured below. It is a Sylvania Spot Gro. I was wondering if anyone has ever used these bulbs and what the end result were in using them. I just got it today and so far the pants seem to be responding well to them. But I didn't know if in the long run if it would mess up my plants. Thanks Rating: 5
