too much darkness?
just give it some time they dont need 12/12 to flower and probably already started it will seem like outdoor plants flower faster than indoors but in reality its just the fact you dont know exactly when they started, indoors you know when you went to 12/12, outdoors you may have a rough guess but once you see buds start to develop they have probably been flowering for 2-3 weeks already.

Hey guys and gals Iā??m currently growing outdoors and in the ideal world my plants would be flowering soon but considering the needed dark period I doubt they will be doing so until its too late to harvest anything from them. Due to my work schedule I canā??t induce 12/12 perfectly. I have a very fine mesh fence that blocks out about 80% of the light, I was considering trying to give the plants a lower light cycle, but Iā??m pretty afraid that it would be kind of erratic, ie hermies, Rating: 5
