No it will create hot spots and burn your plants. use flat white paint, mylar, or polly plastic. i.e.panda plastic. laterz..

It's done, but using a professional chrome dip- Inside Sun sells chromed batwings- I own one- and I prefer the white powdercoat batwing by far because of the hot spot risk with chrome.
