There are, but since to effectively breed, you need a LOT more plants than the State will let you have, they are pretty quiet as to their whereabouts and identities.

Hmmm does anyone know of anywhere (collectives etc) where they have a good selection of well known strains in seed form in cali? And stinky a seed related question, i see you are also in the united states, how reliable is it that my seeds wont get busted by customs is it if i order from canada or amsterdam do u know? and is one or the other safer?

Ordering seed by mail, I certainly would time it for a major holiday (Xmas, Mother's Day, etc). All those cards and letters provide excellent camouflage for a single order.

And I think there was a poll done (either here or possibly IC) on how many orders made it through. I'm too lazy to look it up for you right now. The info is out there!

Amsterdam has never been a problem as far as mail order for me.
