My fault, I should be more specific because I am referring to weight lifting in general. I do run every now and then and have tried toking prior to it a couple times and can't prove whether or not it helps my running ability, during running I'd seem to put more concentration into determining whether or not the pot was actually working. :stoned:

On the subject of lifting weights, it seemed that I had gained a boost in determination and eagerness that I didn't feel on my clean lifts.
