I've never used snuff (It's tobacco you rail/snort, I'm not kidding) Or chewing Tobacco, however I did smoke off and on for 10 months-ish. During the last few months I smoked 2-5 ciggarettes daily, and to be completely honest. I miss it soo much..It was soo good and enjoyable and stress relieving..ahhh.....
But..alas, I had to quit, it was shortening my breath to much (not to mention making it stink) And I was on the track team and the cross country team. I find herb does'nt giveme 'shortness of breath' as bad.
