I think it would somewhat help the human mentality, but we'd still have all the war, religious fanaticism, political infighting, and so forth. We're all stoners here, and just one look at the political forums will confirm that we still have widely varrying opinions, outlooks, ideas on how the world should run. I've met a lot of stoners in my lifetime and they come in every shape or form.

Weed is a wonderful substance in that it encourages you to question (at least for me), break away from your conditioned mentality. But it can't totally eliminate mental conditioning, and only plays a small part.

Still, a world full of weed is a better world indeed!:hippy:
